Bhikkhuni Pannavati is the co-founder and co-abbot of Embracing Simplicity Hermitage in Hendersonville, North Carolina. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and a Ph.D. in Comparative Religion. A former Christian pastor who has received ordination in both the Theravada and Mahayana (Chan) traditions, she has a deep commitment to understanding the central truths in all spiritual traditions.
